Co-Founder
Dr. Thomas Yoo earned his DMD and MS in Oral Biology from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, where he also completed his residency in Periodontics and Periodontal Prosthesis. As the Director of Clinical Operations at KorLabs, he brings extensive expertise in advanced implantology and restorative dentistry.
In addition to his leadership role, Dr. Yoo serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Penn Dental Medicine, where he has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications on cutting-edge dental research. He is also an Attending at NYC Health + Hospitals/Metropolitan, contributing to the education of future dental specialists.
Dr. Yoo is Board-certified in Periodontology and Implant Surgery, a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada and an Associate Fellow of the Greater New York Academy of Prosthodontics.
Dr. Yoo maintains a private practice at Amsterdam Dental Group in Philadelphia, PA, where he provides periodontal and prosthodontic care. His commitment to innovation and clinical excellence drives KorLabs' mission to enhance digital workflows between U.S. based dental practices and FDA approved South Korean laboratories.

Andrew Hwang is a graduate of the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University. Before co-founding KorLabs, he built a strong foundation in finance and real estate, where he specialized in strategic investments and business development.
With a keen eye for operational efficiency and market trends, Andrew brings a wealth of expertise in scaling businesses and optimizing financial performance. At KorLabs, he leverages his analytical skills and industry insight to streamline digital workflows between U.S. dental practices and FDA approved South Korean dental laboratories, ensuring seamless and high-quality dental solutions.
