Co-Founder
Dr. Thomas Yoo earned his DMD and MS in Oral Biology from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, where he also completed his residency in Periodontics and Periodontal Prosthesis. He is board certified in Periodontology and Implant Surgery, a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada, and an Associate Fellow of the Greater New York Academy of Prosthodontics.
Dr. Yoo serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Penn Dental Medicine and an Attending at NYC Health + Hospitals/Metropolitan. He maintains a private practice at Amsterdam Dental Group in Philadelphia, where he provides advanced implant and prosthodontic care. His clinical and academic work focuses on advancing digital workflows and improving collaboration between dentists and dental laboratories through KorLabs.

Co-Founder
Andrew Hwang is a graduate of the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University. Before co founding KorLabs, he built a strong foundation in finance and real estate, focusing on strategic investments and business development.
At KorLabs, Andrew leads operations and logistics, overseeing the systems that support efficient collaboration between U.S. dental practices and FDA approved South Korean dental laboratories. His work focuses on optimizing workflow efficiency, scaling operations, and ensuring consistent delivery of high quality digital restorations.

Director of Dental Technology
Man Young Bae is a licensed dental technician in South Korea and a graduate of the Department of Dental Technology at Daejeon Health Institute of Technology. He has continued to advance his expertise through numerous professional seminars and advanced technical training programs focused on implant prosthetics and digital dental workflows.
Director Bae is the developer of a patented digital implant prosthetic system and has extensive experience in CAD design, complex implant restorations, and fully digital laboratory workflows. As Director of Dental Technology at KorLabs, he leads the laboratory’s digital design division and oversees a team of 16 dental technicians specializing in implant prosthetics and digital restorations.
Working closely with clinicians, Director Bae oversees case planning, digital design protocols, and quality control to ensure that each restoration meets the highest standards of precision, esthetics, and function.
